The hotel was very accessible to Al masjid Al Haram via buses through tunnel, only few minutes to Haram. Bus stops right away in front of hotel. Spacious rooms with two toilets.
No restaurant facility in Hotel. Few restaurants in the near by which make food choices very limited.

Good hotel not bad to stay in during ramdhan as other hotels next to haram are extremely expensive Buses to haram are two steps away from the hotel

I like the size and the design of the room.
I did not like that the hotel has no resturant or room service for food request and the worest thing that is the hotel has only one road to enter and this road was closed by the traffice police for a specific hours and we could not reach the hotel during that time. The hotel shoud report this problem to the police Department. It is unlogic to prevent people to enter the road to the hotel which casue the people to wait for many hours or walk about 2 kilo meters to reach the hotel

1. Spacious rooms 2. Cleanliness 3. Clean linen 4. Value for money.
Well away from Haram. As per promise at the time of booking, there was no WIFI, no ironing facilities, no kettle or even cups or glasses in the room. Two towels were provided in a quadruple room and there was no cleaning of the room or change of towels in a stay of two days.

I didn't like anything
Staff were so rude and didn't respecet their guest. I spent mire than 40 minutes to check in and get the room. I can say everything was very bad in this hotel and will be the first and last time to stay in that hotel . I tried to contact their manager but nobody response.no Arabic or English tv just Farsi channel.

Saptco buses picks and drops from the hotel door step to Haram.
No internet service was available, however the same was mentioned on the hotel's internet website. No room service. It took them an hour to arrange room for me although I made prior reservation via internet.

The receptionist could not give good directions for a new commer.Bathroom was dirty, towels were used and people before us had left ahrams on the carpet which were not removed.Simply it was not cleaned and sheets and towels were not not changed before handing to the next guests which put us off because we were so tired after Umrah and then had to get sheets changed and towels replaced at 2.00 A.m after arrival. The housekeeping could not figure out the A.c settings so had to wait long till we found the right settings and the room was cool enough to sleep. There was no complimentarycoffee/tea or mini bar or 24 hour room service or anything available at midnight near by;So had to go back to Haram by taxi to get something. All took us 2 hours before we could go to bed whereas after Umrah we were so tired and wanted to go to bed at once.We had given special request for sheets and towels to be clean in our booking but seems like no notice was taken of that.
People do not understand/speak english much.It was not clean and location is not very easy to find directions from haram. If they mention the big free car parking infront of the hotel (muhabis al Jin )on their location it would be easier to find.

Exceeded my expectations. The room was huge. Bathroom also neat and large. Staff is also nice and the shuttle service was OK during my stay. Distance is 2 KM from HARAM but it is always better to take a 2 minute cab/shuttle than walk uphill for 10 minutes for any other nearby hotel. Besides since it is a bit far the price range is very reasonable.
No internet in the room No restaurants near by, the only ones available are no good

Room was really big enough with 2 toiletes. Hotel shuttle service available before every prayer. Room service food is available on request.
Nobody clean the room during 5days of stay at Hotel even every day I reminded this issue at reception but they are not bother with any complain. Hotel is little far away from Haram and it is not a wolking distance. No sunblock on window curtains.

The Hotel is new, clean and close to Al-Haram. Big room size with to clean baths and three sinks. The staff are friendly and the hotel is close to shopping stores.
I was hopping to see breakfast option with the reservation.
